Hi, I’m Caroline….
….and I get it.
I created ADHMe after years of working with people who felt like they were trying so hard to manage life, but traditional therapy or coaching didn’t quite fit.
As a therapist, coach, and positive psychology practitioner— and as someone with ADHD myself — I wanted to build something real, relatable, and rooted in compassion.
I also used to be a teacher- which means I am an absolutely nerd for breaking down complex information and sharing it in a way that is fun and accessible.
ADHMe is more than a programme. It’s a movement towards understanding our brains differently — with humour, kindness, and tools that actually work in everyday life.
Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, suspect you might have ADHD, or simply want to understand yourself better, you’re welcome here.
WHAT IS BACP REGISTRATION? aND WHY DOES IT MATTER?
When you see that I’m BACP registered, it means I’m a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy — the professional body that sets recognised standards for counselling and therapeutic practice in the UK.
Being BACP registered isn’t just a badge.
It means I’ve met the ethical, professional, and training standards required to practise safely and responsibly.
It also means I’m committed to ongoing professional development, supervision, and ethical conduct, so the people I work with know they’re in safe hands.
While ADHD coaching isn’t yet a regulated profession, my BACP registration means the support you receive is rooted in clinical understanding, ethical practice, and safeguarding principles — not just lived experience.
It bridges the gap between therapy and coaching, bringing together the best of both worlds:
A compassionate, non-judgemental approach
Evidence-based understanding of mental health and neurodiversity
Practical tools and strategies tailored for ADHD minds
In short: BACP registration means you can trust that you’re working with someone qualified, accountable, and experienced — who combines real-world empathy with professional standards.
